Rally I - Beginner Rally Obedience Class

Instruction will be given in:

Stationary attention
Connection between dog/handler
Stationary Novice Rally exercises
Basic course analysis

Prerequisites:

Dogs must be at least 6 months of age and in good physical condition.
Dogs may not be aggressive towards people or towards other dogs.
Dogs must reliably sit, down, come and walk on lead.
Dogs must have successfully completed the Advanced Beginner Obedience course or have instructor / training director approval.

Successful completion: Dog must on command and with distraction: perform all stationary Novice Rally exercises properly, maintain focused stationary attention on handler for a minimum of 30 seconds, and handler must be able to successfully negotiate a short Rally course.

Rally II - Advanced Rally Obedience Class

6 weeks. The advanced Rally-O student should have already successfully completed a Rally I Obedience class - other obedience classes and/or experience are not substitutes.
This requirement can only be waived by the instructor.
